As it turns out, some of Planit Butter’s belief system, Intucentricism—which prioritizes our intuition and embodies the pursuit of self-control and expression, leading to the collective expansion of society—aligns with some of the pre-existing concept of Hermeticism! How cool.

I love when I reach my own conclusions and discover other people, or groups of people, equally independently arrived at the same conclusions or ideas.

Hermeticism is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that teaches about the interconnectedness of all things in the universe, emphasizing that everything reflects a divine order. It’s based on writings attributed to the name Hermes Trismegistus, (speculated to be a group of people under the same pen name to protect themselves from being killed for their work) focusing on concepts like alchemy, astrology, and the principle of "as above, so below," which means that what happens on a larger scale is mirrored in smaller scales, including human experience.

In Hermetic thought, the universe is seen as a reflection of divine order and interconnectedness, where every element, from the stars to the smallest creatures, holds symbolic meaning. That everything around us is a symbol reflecting deeper truths. That everything in our surroundings is constantly communicating with us.
