Traditional Psychology, Meet Planit Butter
Introducing the Planit Butter Jet (PBJ) Ring of Consciousness
Think about music you love.
Now, think about music you don’t love.
We cannot naturally see, taste, or touch sounds.
We can feel them because sounds are vibrations and we, humans, are also vibrations.
Vibrations that feel good, we like.
Vibrations that don’t feel good, we don’t like.
In our consciousness, we get to decide if we want to create a vibration within our own physical body that feels good or that doesn’t feel good. Much like a song.

Within CBT, there is a foundational concept called the CBT Triangle, or Cognitive Triangle, a visual depiction of how our thoughts, feelings, and actions influence one another.

So far, we understand:
humans are vibrational beings
we can choose the vibration we experience
PBJ Ring is a conscious approach to human behavior and decision-making
CBT Triangle is a fundamental aspect to understanding human behavior
