How to show up for yourself and get what you deserve
Trust your ‘no’ so your ‘yes’ can find you is a saying I came up with a few years ago that I find myself using regularly. So much so that I decided to write this loving article about it in the hopes that at least 1 of you will find it valuable.
Trust your ‘no’ so your ‘yes’ can find you.
To me, this means defining what I want and continuing to work toward my want, while saying no to anything that comes my way that isn’t what I want in the process.
When the universe tests me with things I know I don’t want, these things are typically short-sighted ‘easy’ options. They seem easy because they’re there. They showed up first. Life’s not a race though and it doesn’t really matter what shows up first. What matters is trusting my intuition, doing and accepting what feels right for me.
Sometimes, options are even presented or (dangerously perceived) as an opportunity. Other times these things might seem like solutions. And, they might be. Likely, short-sighted solutions. With clarity of what I want, I know, that it does not matter what something appears to be. If it is not exactly what I want, if it’s not my ‘yes’, then the answer is ‘NO’!
